Commercial Administrative Law
Hartmannsberger Franke provides competent and comprehensive advice on public building and construction law, environmental law, right to information law and administrative law. We regularly provide support with regard to the environmental and building law approval of projects or the defence against neighbouring buildings/plants. We also represent the interests of companies when consumers, competitors or NGOs request access to official documents in accordance with the Freedom of Information Acts (IFG, UIG, VIG). We advise clients who have to deal with (suspected) contaminated sites. The priority of our work is always to avoid and resolve conflicts out of court. However, we also enforce our clients' claims in court if necessary.
Our competence is underpinned by regular specialist lectures and publications. Dr. Roland Hartmannsberger is an experienced specialist lawyer for administrative law (Fachanwalt für Verwaltungsrecht) and the author of numerous publications, including the chapter on information claims in the Cologne Handbook on Administrative Procedures and the section on public building law in the Munich Litigation Form Book on Administrative Law.
